As a Senior / Principal Account Manager, you will build, develop, and sustainably grow our strategic customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, challenger, and growth partner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a strong commercial focus, ideally in the SaaS or Tech environment.
- Proven success in expanding existing customers and achieving measurable revenue effects.
- Strong Sales Drive: You recognize opportunities, close deals securely, and develop accounts strategically.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Proactive, structured, and independent work style with a high result orientation.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business challenges into solution-oriented strategies.
