Job Description
José Andrés at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead a high-end restaurant and oversee a team of culinary professionals. The role involves maintaining a world-class culinary experience, ensuring profitability, and upholding high standards of hospitality and service. The Manager will be responsible for service, financial, and team development, consistent execution of service standards, and representation of the restaurant vision.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- 5+ years of restaurant experience
- Developed communication skills
- Ability to supervise, train and motivate employees
- Extensive knowledge of upscale or fine dining service and sales skills
- Ability to maintain compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Abilities and working conditions including standing/walking for long periods, lifting, and repetitive movements
