Job Description
We are looking for an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to support and develop the company's legal function at Joyteractive, a leading mobile game developer and publisher specializing in puzzle games.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in GameDev, Software Development or related industries
- Experience working with mobile stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon and others)
- Ability to ensure compliance with App Store / Google Play guidelines and applicable Data Protection laws
- Experience drafting and negotiating international contracts in English
- Solid understanding of B2B agreements, IP regulations, NDAs, SLAs and publishing agreements
- Understanding of the mobile game development business model (publisher roles, partners, ad networks)
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher
