We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager with 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming UA, proven ROAS optimization and scaling, and strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics.
Requirements
- Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (internal services, Google Sheets, etc.)
- 3+ years in mobile gaming UA
- Proven D0/D7/D30 ROAS optimization and scaling
- Experience managing paid traffic profitably
- Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics
- Hands-on work with: AppLovin, Unity, Google Ads, Meta, Mintegral
- Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing
