Job Description
Junior Davis Construction Project Engineers work in conjunction with the Project Manager to coordinate heavy civil construction projects. They manage project schedules, materials, and budgets, including subcontractors and field operations. Responsibilities involve reviewing documents, tracking tasks, and assisting with closeout procedures.
Requirements
- Manages work schedules and coordinates design changes with the project owners.
- Reads project requirements and coordinates with production and subcontractors.
- Tracks contract pay items and monitors project schedule.
- Creates and maintains project CPM schedule with help from Project Management and Field Operations.
- Assist with weekly Look Ahead schedules and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Survey and field personnel for issues requiring survey involvement.
- Review contracts and ensure conformity to revisions and RFI’s.
