Job Description
This is a full-time position for Jr. Davis Construction Project Engineers. The role involves managing project schedules, coordinating materials delivery, ensuring safety, and assisting the Project Manager. Responsibilities include record keeping, coordination with subcontractors, and assisting with project closeout.
Requirements
- Manage work schedules and coordinates design changes.
- Review project requirements and budget.
- Track subcontractors' bids and estimates.
- Coordinate with Survey and RFI requests.
- Assists with project setup and closeout.
- Manage Submittals & RFIs.
- Maintain project CPM schedules.
- Attend/assist in Weekly Progress Meetings.
