Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in capability building or Operational Excellence within shared services/GBS environments
• Skills in program design, end-to-end training delivery, and implementing e-learning or blended learning solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft applications for developing training tools and managing content operations
• Strong facilitation, coordination, communication, analytical, and project management skills
