Projects and Integration Manager

JTI is seeking a Projects and Integration Manager to support the Senior Manager and Director within the Projects & Integration team. The role involves formalizing, executing, coordinating, and overseeing the Business Integration Program, as well as managing the execution of global strategic projects focused on process transformation.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management qualification, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing projects in a large multinational organization
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in project and performance management, with solid knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies
• Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders toward shared goals
• Open-minded and positive, with a focus on identifying and pursuing opportunities for change and improvement
