Senior Business Analyst - Digital Banking & Access Governance 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 12 months with possible extension)

Elicitation and documentation of detailed business and system requirements for Channels Admin and Support Tool (CAST), collaboration with product teams, and configuration support and testing oversight during SIT and UAT for CAST-enabled functionalities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within a financial services organisation
• Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document comprehensive business and system requirements for IT applications and integrations
• In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity & access management (IAM) frameworks
• Solid understanding of core banking platforms, systems, and their integration touchpoints
• Practical experience in configuring, testing, or validating access rights and permissions during SIT and UAT phases
• Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain key artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices, change logs
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering sign-offs and coordinating with business units and control functions (Legal, Compliance, IT Security)
• Strong grasp of data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FINMA guidelines)
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficient German language skills are beneficial
• Holders of relevant certifications such as CDPP, or Agile/Scrum credentials (POPM, PSPO, CSPO) are strongly preferred
