Job Description
Jump is a rapidly growing live sports platform building end-to-end fan engagement. The Growth & Business Operations Lead will partner with co-founders, CEO, and CFO to scale the business and establish efficient systems. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and exceptionally organized individual with strong communication and execution skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or high-growth startup operations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong collaborator and relationship builder
