Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Paid Ads management across multiple platforms.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Strong experience managing B2B campaigns in the Technology/IT, SaaS, MSP, and digital marketing sectors.
- Skilled in conversion strategies, ad copywriting, and driving lead generation.
- Tech-savvy, fast learner, and adept at leveraging AI tools to optimize and manage campaigns.
- Resourceful and driven—able to figure things out independently and solve problems proactively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
- High proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
- Experience working with PPC teams and other digital marketers through a project management system.
- Able to communicate technical PPC concepts effectively to clients and manage difficult conversations.
- Experience with client communication to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Passionate about owning campaigns and driving exceptional results through strategic PPC initiatives.
