Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the launch and growth of a new Canadian subsidiary for a leading European aftermarket parts supplier. You will manage existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure the highest level of service to agricultural and industrial clients across Canada.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
- 2–5 years of inside sales/account management, ideally in agricultural, construction machinery, or industrial products
- Technical aptitude (engines, gears, hydraulics) or willingness to learn complex product lines
- Customer-first communicator with strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a hybrid office model
