Join the founding Canadian team of a global market leader as an Outside Sales Representative for agricultural and industrial parts. Develop and expand a new territory in Ontario, build relationships with dealers and customers, and drive sales growth in a newly established Canadian market.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience in industrial distribution, construction machinery, agricultural parts, or related mechanical sectors
- Proven hunter mindset with territory development and high outbound activity
- Technical aptitude or mechanical background (engines, hydraulics, gear systems) is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel extensively across Ontario
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000 with commissions
- OTE: $90,000-$100,000 for the first year
