Requirements

• 3+ years in HR/People Partner roles with employee lifecycle experience
• Strong skills in employee relations, coaching managers, and handling sensitive cases
• Experience driving HR projects and partnering with managers to improve team effectiveness
• Solid knowledge of HR operations (onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, local labor practices)
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret engagement and HR metrics
• Clear, empathetic communication and at least upper-intermediate English
