Residential Counselor

We are seeking a Residential Counselor to join our team at Swansea Wood School, a residential treatment setting for adolescents. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide enriching daily activities, create a safe and therapeutic community, and support students in developing life skills.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Residential or Mental Health setting experience preferred
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
