Residential Counselor

Meadowridge Academy is seeking a Residential Counselor to work with adolescents in a residential treatment setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social justice and able to convey their passion for helping others with a dynamic team. The Residential Counselor will be responsible for providing enriching daily activities, creating a safe and therapeutic community, and supporting students in developing life skills.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Maintains valid driver’s license
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts
• Background and driving record checks will be performed
