Residential Director

We are seeking a Residential Director to lead a dynamic team and provide care and treatment to our students. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program and be able to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to create a safe therapeutic atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
