Residential Director

We are looking for a Residential Director to join our team at Littleton Academy, a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a dynamic approach to working with students. The Residential Director will be responsible for overseeing the Residential Department, providing care and treatment to students, and leading residential meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
• Background and driving record checks will be performed
