Account Development Executive

Justworks is seeking an Account Development Executive to join their team. The role will involve upselling current customers on their products, improving the customer experience, and driving greater revenues per customer. The ideal candidate will have a mix of strategy, operations, and sales experience, with a passion for sales and relationship-focused customer engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years work experience required
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing role preferred
• B2B software/SaaS and Salesforce experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task
