Job Description
Justworks is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Analytics Engineering to lead a team of data professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines. The role focuses on data governance, strategic data use, and mentoring to drive business growth by providing a reliable and accessible data foundation. They are looking for a leader passionate about data and analytics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a data role (analytics engineering, data engineering, or data warehousing)
- 2+ years in people management, with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Deep expertise in data warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling
- Demonstrated experience with a modern data stack, preferably Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt
