IT Systems Engineer - Level III (MSP)

We are seeking a Level III IT Engineer with experience in technology and outstanding personal communication skills to provide pre- and post-sales support, and manage IT systems for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Exchange server and Active Directory
• Experience in an MSP environment
• Three years of experience in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience writing proposals for and implementation of technical solutions
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player
• Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems
