IT Technician Level II

We are looking for an IT Technician Level II with 5+ years of experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with clients at a business level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience writing proposals for and implementation of technical solutions to fulfill business needs
