IT Technician Level III

Our client is a leading IT Solutions Company (MSP) located in Melbourne, FL, seeking an IT Support Engineer with experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and vendor-specific hardware and software.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience in similar positions such as IT help desk, IT desktop support, IT support analyst, IT service management; Helpdesk Representative; IT Service Desk; IT user support
• Having worked in an MSP environment is essential
• One or more of the following certifications: CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+, MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) MCITP Microsoft Certified IT Professional
