Job Description
Our client is a premier custom home builder seeking an experienced Project Manager to interpret plans and specifications, create schedules, and execute the delivery of custom homes in Coastal San Diego. The individual will be the on-site face of the company for homeowners and trade contractors, managing subcontractors and trade partners, and keeping the job site organized and clean.
Requirements
- Significant experience in residential construction, preferably in custom homes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
- Highly organized, responsible, and conscientious
- Ability to multitask, handle complexity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, etc)
