Requirements
- Proactively consult a portfolio of medium to large Enterprise customers
- Display outstanding business acumen and be able to do Discovery, Pain implication and stakeholder management
- Build and support the development of your team members
- Discover opportunities, recommend solutions and drive success plans with your customers
- Work with our Account Managers and Account Executives
- Gather and document customer feedback
- Drive scalable activities with our Digital Customer Success & Customer Education team
- Occasionally join sales teams on customer calls
- Occasionally join sales and event teams at industry conferences
- Plan and host business reviews, workshops and renewal talks
- Build on our services and product offering
