Internal Process Auditor (Remote)

KAIZEN is seeking an Internal Process Auditor to ensure robust internal compliance across Services like PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance), AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and Building Insurance. The role focuses on championing ISO 9001:2015 standards, leading audits, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement. The position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Plan, schedule, and execute ISO 9001:2015 internal audits.
• Ensure ongoing compliance of AMCs, PPMs, and insurances with local regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain, update, and improve QMS documentation and SOPs.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and non-conformities through effective root cause analysis.
• Prepare and present monthly audit reports and recommendations to management.
• Recommend improvements, follow up on corrective actions, and measure impact.
• Conduct cost analysis, assist with budgeting, and lead negotiations for improved service efficiency.
• Stay updated on ISO standards and deliver awareness sessions.
