Internal Process Auditor (Remote)

KAIZEN is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Process Auditor to ensure robust internal compliance across services like PPMs, AMCs, and building insurance. The role involves ISO 9001:2015 standards, risk management, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will champion compliance and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Plan, schedule, and execute ISO 9001:2015 internal audits.
• Ensure ongoing compliance of AMCs, PPMs, and insurances with local regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain, update, and improve QMS documentation and SOPs.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and non-conformities.
• Prepare and present monthly audit reports and recommendations.
• Conduct cost analysis, assist with budgeting, and lead negotiations for improved service efficiency.
