As the Business Intelligence Team Lead, you will drive data-driven decision-making across our BI Product & Operational Teams, understanding business needs and empowering teams to leverage data effectively.
Requirements
- BSc & Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Exceptional team management skills and ability to set priorities
- Strategic mindset with the capacity to engage with senior stakeholders
- Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, and visualization tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical requirements
