People Analytics Specialist

We are Kaizen Gaming, a GameTech company operating in 19 markets. We're looking for a People Analytics Specialist to leverage data-driven insights to enhance workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in HR analytics or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in leading small projects or teams; direct management experience is a plus
• Business proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken; ability to communicate complex data findings clearly
• Experience in relevant or regulated industries such as technology, finance, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R, or Python)
• Experience in interpreting complex data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with HR technology systems (e.g., ATS, HCM)
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in conducting employee surveys and interpreting results
