We are a diverse team of more than 2.700 Kaizeners, from 40+ nationalities spreading across 3 continents. As a Product Manager you will have a pivotal role in the daily operations and strategic growth of our RNG Casino product.
Requirements
- Mentoring and supervising Product Owners, develop roadmaps for the RNG Casino product
- Overseeing daily Casino operations tasks to ensure timely task delivery and escalation of issues
- Proactively seeking for opportunities to streamline existing processes and develop new ones
- Escalating significant tech issues and assisting in the briefing and subsequent follow up on the relevant tech requests
- Collecting and keeping up to date of supplier roadmaps as well as network and sponsored promotions details
- Monitoring daily KPIs, focusing on suppliers and enhancing the reporting framework for product performance and new releases, maintaining weekly and monthly reporting responsibilities
- Tracking game performance and proposing optimal product placement onsite for each market
- Providing Marketing and CRM teams with suggestions and recommendations regarding the most exciting product releases and promotions
- Collaborating closely with CRM and VIP teams to ensure timely, segmented and personalized communications to players
- Assisting the CRM team in developing a communications strategy aimed at expanding the vertical and establishing recognition for the ultimate gaming experience
- Collaborating closely with the Head of products and tech teams on continuous; improvements and innovation to the Casino Products
- Work closely with the Gaming Experience team on A/B testing initiatives to enhance player engagement and user journeys and our personalization / recommendation track
