Product Manager, RNG

Kaizen Gaming is seeking a Product Manager to lead the daily operations and strategic growth of their RNG Casino product. The ideal candidate will have experience in the iGaming industry, knowledge of casino games and platforms, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager / Casino Manager or similar roles in the iGaming industry (3 years).
• In-depth knowledge of Casino games, platforms and player behavior.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques for decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating product strategies to stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Fluent in English.
