Job Description
We are looking for a Product Specialist for Account Verification to navigate the complexities of Identity Verification (KYC) and build a verification process that is secure, compliant, and as frictionless as possible. The role involves conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and proposing flow improvements to automate and optimize the verification process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in product analysis, business analysis, or a related role within a consumer internet business (Fintech, Banking, or Gaming experience is a strong plus)
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and translating complex regulatory or technical requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
- Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or digital identity verification processes is highly desirable
- Experience working closely with technology teams, with a good understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
- Keen attention to detail—you understand that in verification, small details matter for compliance and security
- Expert-level organization and communication skills to bridge the gap between Legal/Compliance and Tech teams
