We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who operates as a true business partner to senior and technology leadership teams, owning accountability for organizational health, scalability, and performance alongside the business.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or strategic business-facing role.
- Proven experience partnering with technology, product, or engineering leadership teams in high-growth or complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as an equal business partner with shared accountability for outcomes and KPIs.
- Track record of leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, and leadership capability initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, metrics, and insights to guide leadership decisions.
- Executive-level communication, coaching, and influencing capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline.
