We are looking for a Senior HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join our team and ensure execution and continuous improvement of HR operational and payroll processes across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations and payroll, preferably supporting multiple countries
- Solid technical knowledge of payroll processes, employment laws. compliance requirements, and HR administration
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Extensive expertise in HR data management and payroll reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and functions
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English
