System Administrator (Level 4)

Kaizen Approach is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for complex IT systems within a secure government environment. The role involves managing IT system infrastructure, overseeing processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability, and providing Tier 1 through Tier 3 support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.

Requirements

• Comprehensive support for IT systems implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Account management functions such as establishing, activating, modifying, disabling, and removing accounts
• Configuration management and implementation of system security controls
• Configuration and management of UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
• Optimization of system operations and capacity analysis and planning
• Communication and coordination with ISSO and ISO regarding system changes
