Job Description
SilverEdge Government Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, supporting client and server devices, and resolving problems for various systems. This involves daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting for all IT devices, including mobile devices. They are also involved in resolving hardware and software issues related to the escalation process and will work with the dispatch system.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in a related field is required to support this effort
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Operating Systems: Linux (Centos and/or RHEL)
- Shell Scripting
- Troubleshooting experience
