Helping with daily tasks of caring for children, attending staff meetings, and complying with Michigan State Licensing Requirements.
Requirements
- Attend staff meetings and trainings
- Comply with all Michigan State Licensing Requirements
- Execute childcare tasks such as diapering, cleaning, laundry, etc.
- Maintain "Brightwheel" for communication with parents
- Maintain positive interactions with children
- Knowledge of child development
- At least 2 years experience working with children
- Creative problem-solving and patience
- Familiarity with Michigan State Childcare Licensing requirements
- Respect for children and the natural environment
