KalHops Marketing Manager

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager-Hops position offers the opportunity to provide leadership, expertise, marketing program creation and activation for our KalHops Business unit. In this role, you are responsible for understanding our hop products' value and translating that into compelling messages, branding, positioning marketing strategies and successful launches to drive hop oils sales growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience on either Hops supplier or Brewing side
• 2+ years of leading and managing a team
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline
• Demonstrated Proactive and Solution based thinker
• Ability to work in evolving and growing environment
• Proven track record of marketing experience across multiple skill areas including branding, creative, lead generation, digital and traditional media, analytics, product marketing and PR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to work with internal team members and outside agencies
• A customer-centric, results-driven mindset
