Requirements
- Customer Service experience handling US based accounts is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be good in composition of business emails
- Can work under pressure
- Proactive and responsive
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Can quickly grasp to new concepts
- Proficient in using the computer operations (internet and commonly used software applications)
- Able to work on a flexible work schedule and during weekends and public holidays
- Amenable to work onsite
