Job Description
Deliver exceptional service to UK customers from sunny Cape Town or remotely! As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across the UK, processing orders, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, or admin support
- Excellent communication skills, articulate, clear, and confident on the phone
- Detail-oriented with strong order entry or admin accuracy
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn internal systems quickly
- Able to work UK hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK time with a 45-minute lunch)
- Self-starter who works well remotely or in a co-working environment
