Executive Assistance/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Project Manager to support the Founder and Chair of a globally recognised sustainable design and manufacturing company. The role will involve supporting high-level operations across both the commercial and policy spheres, with a focus on launching a landmark UK-India initiative.

Requirements

• 8+ years in an Executive Assistant or Project Manager role supporting senior leadership
• Strong experience working with high-profile stakeholders
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience coordinating international projects or events
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools
