Project Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Project Assistant to support senior management in the delivery of critical services in the homeless and mental health sector. The role involves project coordination, documentation, budget management, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a project coordination or assistant role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working within the homelessness or mental health sector is desirable, but not essential
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, subcontractors, and service users
• A basic understanding of budgeting and financial reporting

Benefits

• Competitive salary range £25,000 - £35,000
• Full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
