Government Relations Lead

Karya is a social enterprise on a mission to provide AI-enabled earning and learning opportunities to economically underserved communities in India. As the Government Relations Lead, you will be a key driver in Karya's journey to scale its impact by developing and managing partnerships with government stakeholders and overseeing public policy trends.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Business, or a related field
• 10-12 years of experience working with and managing government stakeholders
• Technical understanding of government financial rules, understanding of the GEM portal, and central government e procurement rules
• Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale initiatives
• Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Strong people management and leadership abilities
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
