Requirements
- Identify business opportunities aligned with Kashio's consultative sales methodology.
- Prepare quotes for the sale of new products, services, or features to increase revenue.
- Actively manage customer complaints and requirements through established channels.
- Daily monitor the transactional activity of assigned companies.
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings to resolve complex or recurring cases.
- Identify usage patterns to optimize service and propose improvements to relevant areas.
- Report periodically on account status to the Client Success Manager or at their request.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to customer portfolio.
- Support the development of reports and matrices for strategic decision-making in the commercial area.
- Actively participate in company and area meetings, staying up-to-date on progress, objectives, and changes in the organization.
- Participate actively in all virtual and in-person training provided by the company, improving skills and competencies necessary for job performance.
- Meet and promote compliance with guidelines and regulations established in terms of Occupational Health and Safety (SST), Information Security (SI), Data Protection (PDP), Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (PLAFT), Prevention and Sanction of Sexual Harassment (PSHS), and any other applicable regulations to the organization.
