Director, Customer Service & Integrated Logistics

We are seeking a Director of Customer Service & Integrated Logistics to lead all customer service and logistics efforts, from procurement to delivery of products, while ensuring seamless coordination and efficient resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiating skills and be a supply chain and logistics expert.

Requirements

• Leads the development and implementation of all customer service and logistic strategies
• Leads and drives customer service metrics for on-time and complete deliveries
• Maintains and optimizes total delivered cost models inclusive of inbound freight, warehousing, transfer freight, and freight to customers
