Operations Coordinator

Kate McLeod is seeking an Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our Red Hook production facility. The Operations Coordinator will report to the Manager of Operations and lead key administrative initiatives, maintain accurate operational records, and provide essential logistical support to keep production running at peak efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to: Lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly, Push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently, Stand and walk for up to 9 hours per shift
