Job Description
Kayne Anderson Real Estate is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join their team in underwriting, structuring, and modeling potential acquisitions in various verticals. The role involves detailed financial modeling, market research, transaction coordination, and supporting vertical operations. The position offers a high volume of underwritings and transactions with opportunities for rapid skill development.
Requirements
- Perform underwriting and financial modeling for acquisitions, developments, asset management, and dispositions.
- Research market data and other resources.
- Prepare Investment Committee Memorandums.
- Manage due diligence.
- Coordinate closing of transactions.
- Support verticals with refinancing, disposition, and recapitalization.
