Job Description
Kayne Anderson Real Estate is seeking an Asset Management Analyst or Associate to oversee a large medical office portfolio. This role involves real estate operations, financial performance review, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong financial and analytical skills, and work effectively independently and within a team.
Requirements
- Support Asset Management Team in oversight of the medical office portfolio.
- Prepare financial and operational reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to report to investors, lenders, and partners.
- Review and evaluate P&L and operating reports.
- Monitor and analyze loan performance.
