Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader for the Document Management & Electronic Signature team, responsible for orchestrating tools that automate back-office processes. The team leader will manage deliveries, capacities, and pipeline requirements, lead and develop people, cooperate with stakeholders, and oversee the stability of technologies.
Requirements
- Lead the BUSDEVOPS + testing team and manage E2E delivery of solutions.
- Ensure analytical activities and functional design for development teams.
- Plan capacities and resource allocation.
- Manage change funding and report results.
- Allocate costs for implementation and operation to stakeholders.
- Ensure the stability of assigned technologies according to SLA.
- Represent the team within the bank and seek new opportunities for automation.
- Develop professional and soft skills of team members and work with talents.
