Teamleader - Senior Aplikační inženýr (m/ž)

We are looking for a Teamleader - Senior Application Engineer to lead a team of application managers, engineers, and analysts in our corporate banking department. The successful candidate will be responsible for team care, development, and capacity management, as well as incident analysis and communication with suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience in leading an IT team
• English language skills for reading documentation and occasional communication
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with surrounding support teams
• Basic knowledge of application and web servers (Jboss, Tomcat, Spring Boot)
• Ability to track down errors in technical logs in Kiban
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Overview of the technology stack: working with SQL queries, reading Java/Kotlin source code is a plus
